Great bang for your buck, but don’t buy two
Our school’s robotics team purchased 3 of these in order to provide students with the experience of navigating a vehicle from a stationary, 3rd person perspective. They handle well.
However, they are ALL on the exact same radio frequency. That means when they’re all on, all three controllers can (and do) affect all 3 cars at once. This means that these vehicles CANNOT be operated in the same vicinity. The product description on AMAZON CLEARLY states that they feature tri-band remotes so that they can all operate independently of one another. That is NOT the case.
We are very satisfied with the way each of the cars looks and performs. But since our goal was to have 3 fully independent vehicles so that we could operate all 3 in the same room, this purchase was quite a failure.
GREAT BUY
Great and sturdy product Very powerful and great detailing. The only problem is that it DID NOT come with batteries (which it said it would) and it is NOT the color in the picture (however, no where on the listing does it say colors may vary) For any more information, try contacting the seller. I didn’t, and that is where I went wrong. However, if you are not picky about the color and if it includes batteries, then this is a wonderful buy.
