Fun, but not durable
Got this for my hubby for last Christmas, for a guy that is impossible to shop for. The best present ever! He used to do model airplanes, so I venture to guess that he has some experience. Despite this, the helicopter did not stand the test of time. He’s gotten replacement parts, even doing some gluing, and eventually put it in the closet. He’s looking for a 3-channel.

The copter is fun when operational. The topmost rotor broke within an hour of flying the copter. One of the wheels broke shortly after that. I reordered a new rotor and installed it and it broke within an hour. We taped it back using masking tape and that is where is stands today and it still flies so I would suggest making your own fixes if possible. Also it is hard to get the chopper to quit rotating when in flight even if you adjust this setting with the remote. The battery life is OK too if you aren’t expecting to fly a long time. Recharges quickly so that is a plus.
