While the Robot Systems Technology Branch at NASA’s Johnson Space Center continues to develop its humanoid Robonaut, one NASA scientist has worked to take many of the same basic capabilities and introduced Robosapien! Fast, full function arms with two types of grippers.67 pre-programmed functions including pick-up, throw, kick, sweep, dance, fart, belch, rap, and half-a-dozen different kung-fu moves. Speaks fluent international “caveman. Programmable “reflexes” to touch, pickup, kicks, or sound. Up to 84 program steps, with 4 program modes for advanced operations. No computer required, all functions handled by ergonomic remote control. Runs on regular batteries (not included) for over 6 hours. Bought this for my grandson whose in to this sort of stuff. He LOVES it.

I got robosapien on my 8th birthday,and it is so much fun!It can dance,karate chop,throw stuff,and more!His right arm isn’t working very well,but after all demo,it works great!I LOVE this toy

I bought this toy for my 6 year old son as a Christmas gift. It was great fun while it worked. My son could easily program it and he was delighted with the different actions and noises that it made. However, after only 5 days of normal use, the toy would no longer work properly. It’s leg would not return to its “start” position and so would not balance properly. Because it was unable to balance, it could no longer walk, turn, etc. without falling over. I contacted WowWee customer service for a replacement, as per their 90 day warranty; a month later, I am still trying to get them to honor the warranty. This is not a pleasant company to deal with. I would not recommend dealing with this company. In my experience, the cost of this toy is too high considering that it may no longer work in only a few days of play.

I had never heard of this toy before (Nsect). I just happened to be walking through a store the day after Thnaksgiving and there it was. I wasn’t really sure what it was, but my 11 year old son had not asked for any toys for chrismas, only practical stuff, so I thought why not. I took it home, wrapped it up and he opened it Christmas day. He charged the batteries right away and as soon as it was ready he was using it. It turns out to by way better than any remote control car we’ve ever had and it is so much fun that we have since bought 2 more for 2 of his 3 brothers. We love this bug

Bought this for my son for Christmas. It was the top thing on his list. His best friend received one as well. They thought they could wage war against eachother. My son’s rocket launcher broke within 2 weeks. Not from over use. Without the rocket launcher he lost interest. Acutally, he lost interest earlier. After the initial excitement is over there is not much you can do with this toy. Also, it is BIG, takes up storage room and is noisy.

This is a fun toy. I bought it for my 6 year old. It does quite a few things and keeps him entertained. The downfall is the battery pack doesn’t last that long otherwise it’s worth buying

We got this for our five y.o. granddaughter who loves dinosaurs and she actually ’slept’ with it the first night. He is so realistic in some of his moves that sometimes he frightened her at first, but she truly loves this toy.

I have a 5 year old boy who absolutely loves dinosaurs, and that Christmas morning when he tore off the wrapping and saw what was underneath it all, eyes wide open full of emotions, believe me just the look on his face that Christmas morning was worth it all.

This is robot is fun to use, because it can walk, move its mouth, and play games. It is best to use it on wood or tile, because it won’t be able to walk on carpet, and it doesn’t scratch the floors because it has pads on its toes. Sometimes it doesn’t listen to your commands. It is a fun toy.

My 9yr old son loves Wall-E, and he had gotten 2 wall-e’s last Chrismtmas. When he was using a box for a home for his wall-e’s, we accidently threw the box out with the trash not knowing one of the wall-e was still in there. He was so upset, that we bought him this U-command to replace the one that was thrown out. He wants and wanted the Ultimate Wall-e, except we were not willing to pay that much for one. This U-command may not do as much as the Ultimate, but he loves it just the same. It is big, bigger than he expected. If you child loves wall-e, then you can not go wrong with this toy and its price.

Both of my children enjoy this toy–a 6 year old and a 9 year old. It is really the 6 year old’s toy. I would recommend it for children who like remote control gadgets or cars and is definitely designed for the younger set–preschool-early elementary age group and it is sturdy and fun.

I got this for my 2 year old grandson. When he saw Wall-E he was so surprised. He loves his Wall-E so much he has to sleep with it. Not a cuddley toy to snuggle up with. It has been over 2 weeks since his birthday and he loves it just as much now. His 10 year old brother thought it would be a good idea to get him one so he could play Wall-E with his little brother.

MY SEVEN YEAR OLD GRANDSON WENT CRAZY FOR THIS ,HE HAS LOTS OF FUND WITH IT.

I purchased the Tribot for my son’s 8th birthday (which he asked for one). Since then he rarely plays with it. It is very durable because it has been dropped several times. However, it just keeps doing the same things over and over. It appears to be more fun than it actually is. I would suggest making a different purchase especially for the price.

This ROBOT was for and advanced 4 year old for his birthday.
“ROBO” got to go to pre-school for show and tell and was the
hit of the day. “ROBO” sleeps next to Jacob and protects him
through the night. So far her works perfectly….FUN!
